An act separating the Pio Da Lim Memorial School of Arts and Trades - Tanglagan Annex in Barangay Tanglagan, municipality of Calanasan, province of Apayao from the Pio Da Lim Memorial School of Arts and Trades, converting it into an independent national technical-vocational high school to be known as Tanglagan National High School and appropriating funds therefor.
