An act upgrading the Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Reasearch and Medical Center Extension Hospital in the municipality of Talavera, province of Nueva Ecija, to a level II hospital and increasing its bed capacity from fifty (50) to one hundred (100) beds to be now known as the Talavera General Hospital, and appropriating funds therefor.
