Establishing an institutional mechanism to curtail the activities of professional squatting syndicates and professional squatters and intensifying the drive against them.

Authorizing the conduct of information drive on GSIS and Pag-ibig membership, benefits and privileges and healthy living tips for officials and employees of the Office of the President

Expressing concurrence and ratification in the deputation of law enforcement agencies and other concerned agencies of the government as embodied in COMELEC Resolution no. 8524, promulgated on November 12, 2008, in connection with the December 6, 2008 plebiscite to ratify the creation of the following: (a) municipality of Datu Hoffer Ampatuan out of the municipalities of Shariff Aguak and Datu Unsay, pursuant to Muslim Mindanao Autonomy Act (MMAA) no. 220; (b) Barangay Toron and Barangay Mantao out of Barangay Macalag in the municipality of Datu Unsay, pursuant to MMAA no. 224: and (c) Barangay Apas and Barangay Palao out of Barangay Tuntungan in the municipality of Datu Unsay, pursuant to MMAA no. 235 all in the province of Maguindanao.

RESERVING FOR RESETTLEMENT PURPOSES OF URBAN SQUATTERS CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF MONTALBAN, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, AND SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, PROVINCE OF BULACAN.

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL CENTER IN SAPANG PALAY, MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, PROVINCE OF BULACAN, TO STUDY AND DEVISE SOLUTIONS TOTHE PROBLEMS OF URBAN SQUATTING AND/OR FOR THE TRAINING, RELOCATION AND REHABILITATION OF URBAN SQUATTERS.
