Amending Proclamation no. 367 dated May 2, 1994 which reserved a certain parcel of land in Sta. Ana District, Davao City, as office site for the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Region XI, by segregating a portion thereof and reserving the same as office site for the Office of the Ombudsman-Mindanao.

An act establishing the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTSP), providing for the purpose the amalgamation of the Mindanao University of Science and Technology (MUST) and the Misamis Oriental State College of Agriculture and Technology (MOSCAT), and appropriating funds therefor.
