An act separating the Kalinga National High School - Ambato Tinglayan Annex in Barangay Ambato-Legleg, municipality of Tinglayan, province of Kalinga from the Kalinga National High School, converting it into an independent national high school to be known as Tinglayan National High School and appropriating funds therefor.
