AN ACT TO PROMOTE AND REGULATE THE EXPLORATION, DEVELOPMENT, EXPLOITATION AND UTILIZATION OF GEOTHERMAL ENERGY, NATURAL GAS AND METHANE GAS, TO ENCOURAGE ITS CONSERVATION, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
