AN ACT LIBERALIZING THE IMPORTATION, EXPORTATION AND TRADING OF RICE, LIFTING FOR THE PURPOSE THE QUANTITATIVE IMPORT RESTRICTION ON RICE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

AN ACT TO AMEND ACT NUMBERED FOUR THOUSAND AND THIRTY-FIVE OF THE PHILIPPINE LEGISLATURE ENTITLED, "AN ACT TO PREVENT DUMPING OF IMPORTED ARTICLES, WARES, OR MERCHANDISE, TO DISCOURAGE UNFAIR PRACTICES OR METHODS IN THE IMPORT TRADE, TO IMPOSE SPECIAL CUSTOMS DUTIES THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES"

AN ACT TO AMEND SECTIONS ONE, TWO AND SEVEN OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED THREE HUNDRED THIRTY.

AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION THIRTEEN HUNDRED AND SIXTY-THREE, SUBSECTIONS (F) AND (I) OF THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

AN ACT TO REGULATE, CONTROL AND/OR PROHIBIT CERTAIN EXPORTS FROM THE PHILIPPINES, TO AUTHORIZE THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES TO ISSUE RULES AND REGULATIONS TO CARRY INTO EFFECT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ACT, TO PROVIDE PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF AND OF THE REGULATIONS ISSUED THEREUNDER, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

Resolution directing the Committees on Economic Affairs, Labor, Employment and Human Resources Development, and Trade and Commerce, with their counterparts in the House of Representatives, to hold a joint congressional review and inquiry, in aid of legislation, of the present investment climate and on measures to encourage desirable investments which will accelerate employment generation, and to recommend appropriate legislation therefor
