An act creating a branch of the Regional Trial Court to be stationed in the city of San Jose Del Monte, situated in the province of Bulacan, in the Third Judicial Region, further amending for the purpose Section 14, Paragraph (C) of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129, otherwise known as "The Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980", as amended. and appropriating funds therefor.
