Resolution urging the President of the Philippines to resolve the administrative difficulties within the Cordillera Administrative Region to the maximum extent permitted by administrative clarifications and through the use of Her good offices so that all concerned may work harmoniously for the development of the Region pending enactment by legislative action and implementation of the Organic Act of the Autonomous Region of the Cordilleras; further urging the President to provide for the incremental revenue allotment for the Region to the maximum extent permitted by existing budgetary procedures and available funds
