Resolution congratulating the Philippine Bowling Team to the 12th Asian FIQ Bowling Championship held in Perth, Australia on August 21-30, 1992, particularly Olivia Bong Coo Garcia, Catalina Solis, Arianne Cerdena, Paulo Valdez, head of delegation Steve Hontiveros, head coach Oliver Ongtawco, coaches Angel Nepomuceno, Carlos de Leon, Vicente Valdez and assistant coaches Robert Cheng and commander Reuben Lista, for winning victories in said sport and bringing honor to the country

Resolution extending congratulations and commendation to Rafael "Paeng" Nepomuceno for having been awarded the prestigious International Olympic Committee's (IOC) President's Trophy (the highest sports award given to an athlete) and for having been named by the Federation Internationale Des Quilleurs (FIQ) as the "International Bowling Athlete of the Millennium" and Ambassador Extraordinaire for the sport of bowling.
