Excluding from the operation of E.O. no. 5139, series of 1929, which established the U.S. Naval reservations situated in different provinces a certain portion of the land embraced therein situated in the municipality of Kawit, province of Cavite, island of Luzon, and declaring the said portion open to disposition under R.A. 274 in relation to the provisions of the Public Land Act.
