Resolution posthumously commending and awarding the Senate Blue Ribbon gold medal of valor to Inspector Nestor Linasan Salvador and SPO4 Roberto Alpajaro Gutierrez of the Makati City Police Station for sacrificing their lives in the performance of duty to forestall needless loss of other lives and wanton destruction of property.
