[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 94, March 16, 1947 ]
AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-TWO OF THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE SO AS TO ALLOW THE GENERAL LAND REGISTRATION OFFICE TO USE ITS OWN SEAL INSTEAD OF THAT OF COURTS OF FIRST INSTANCE IN ALL PROCESSES ISSUED BY OR THROUGH SAID OFFICE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. Section one hundred and eighty-two of the Revised Administrative Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SEC. 182. Seal to be used in General Land Registration Office.—All decrees, processes, documents and papers which require a seal and which are issued by or through the General Land Registration Office shall have the seal of said office affixed thereto."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, March 17, 1947.
