AN ACT SEPARATING THE TABUK NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL BUAYA ANNEX IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALBALAN, PROVINCE OF KALINGA, FROM THE TABUK NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TABUK, PROVINCE OF KALINGA, AND CONVERTING IT INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE WESTERN KALINGA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.
