[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6021, August 04, 1969 ]
AN ACT AMENDING SECTION FOUR OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR, ENTITLED "AN ACT TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR BUILDINGS, FACILITIES AND OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE PHILIPPINE EXECUTIVE ACADEMY WITHIN THE UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES."
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. Section four of Republic Act Numbered Three thousand five hundred thirty-four is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SEC. 4. There is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of the general funds of the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two million five hundred thousand pesos for the necessary buildings and facilities of the Academy. However, the sum of two hundred sixty thousand pesos is appropriated for the operating expenses of the Academy for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-three to nineteen hundred sixty-four: Provided, That the amount of six hundred thousand pesos shall be appropriated every year thereafter, beginning with fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-seven to nineteen hundred sixty-eight, out of funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the support of the Academy."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Enacted without Executive approval, August 4, 1969.
