AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE SALE, CONVEYANCE, AND TRANSFER OF THE FRANCHISE GRANTED TO NATALIO DIGAL BY ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-SIX HUNDRED AND FORTY-FIVE TO INSTALL, OPERATE, AND MAINTAIN AN ELECTRIC LIGHT, HEAT, AND POWER SYSTEM IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF OROQUIETA, OCCIDENTAL MISAMIS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:SECTION 1. By virtue of the provisions of section thirteen of Act Numbered Thirty-six hundred and forty-five, entitled "An Act granting to Natalio Digal a franchise to install, operate, and maintain an electric light, heat, and power system in the municipality of Oroquieta, Province of Misamis, Philippine Islands", the grantee, Natalio Digal, is hereby authorized to sell, convey, and transfer the franchise granted him by said Act and the property and rights acquired thereunder to the corporation denominated Ocmis Electric Service Company, a company duly incorporated and registered in the mercantile register of the Bureau of Commerce and Industry, with its main office in the municipality of Oroquieta, Province of Occidental Misamis: Provided, That in order that this sale, conveyance, and transfer may be effective, an agreement in writing must be filed in the office of the Secretary of Commerce and Communications which the Ocmis Electric Service Company shall bind itself to accept and comply with all existing terms and conditions of said franchise.SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.Approved, December 1, 1932.
