AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A TELEPHONE LINE FROM BONTOC TO CERVANTES IN THE MOUNTAIN PROVINCE.

By authority of the  United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Commission, that:SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one thousand pesos to be expended by the Mountain Province for the construction of a telephone line from Bontoc to Cervantes and intermediate points.SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.Enacted, March 7, 1913.
