PROCLAMATION NO. 786

AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 682 DATED APRIL 17, 1970, ENTITLED “EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 423, DATED JULY 12, 1957, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE FORT ANDRES BONIFACIO MILITARY RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF PASIG, TAGUIG AND PARAÑAQUE, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, AND PASAY CITY, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN PASAY CITY AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR CIVIL AVIATION PURPOSES.”

Proclamation No. 682 dated April 17, 1970, excluding a portion of Fort Bonifacio and reserving the same for civil aviation purposes is hereby amended by enlarging the area covered by said proclamation to 35.8383 hectares, which area is more particularly described as follows:

“TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

A parcel of Land (Lot 1 on plan) portion of Manila International Airport. Bounded on the NE along points 1 to 8 by CAA property; on the SE along points 8 to 17 by a creek; on the SW along points 17 to 48 by National Road to MIA; and on the NW along points 48 to 53 by creek. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S. 69 deg. 48′ E., 632.89 m. from LM #1.°
