OF THE PHILIPPINES

BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES
PROCLAMATION NO. 682
EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO 423, DATED JULY 12, 1957, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE FORT ANDRES BONIFACIO MILITARY RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF PASIG, TAGUIG AND PARAÑAQUE, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, AND PASAY CITY, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN PASAY CITY AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR CIVIL AVIATION PURPOSES.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 423, dated July 12, 1957 which established the Fort Andres Bonifacio Military Reservation, situated in the Municipalities of Pasig, Taguig and Parañaque, Province of Rizal, and Pasay City, a certain portion of the land embraced therein situated in Pasay City and reserve the same for civil aviation purposes under the administration of the Director of Civil Aeronautics Administration, subject to private rights, if any there be, which portion is more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land situated in Pasay City. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S. 41 deg. 45 min. E., 2,640.47 meters from B.B.M. No. 8, Pasay Cadastre.
thence. N. 60 deg. 30 min. E., 837.25 meters to point “Y”
thence S. 27 deg. 43 min. E., 334.43 meters to point “Z”
thence S. 60 deg. 30 min. W., 838.00 meters to point “W”
thence N. 27 deg. 35 min. W., 334.44 meters to point “X”
of the beginning; containing an area of Two hundred seventy-nine thousand nine hundred eighty-five (279,985) square meters (27,9985 Has.)
NOTE: All data are approximate and subject to future survey.
