PROCLAMATION NO. 653

EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 461, DATED SEPTEMBER 29, 1965, WHICH RESERVED LAND FOR THE AFP OFFICERS VILLAGE SITUATED IN FORT BONIFACIO, MUNICIPALITY OF TAGUIG, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, ISLAND OF LUZON, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR MANPOWER DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING SITE PURPOSES OF THE NATIONAL MANPOWER AND YOUTH COUNCIL.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 461 dated September 29, 1965, which reserved land for the AFP Officers Village, situated in Fort Bonifacio, Municipality of Taguig, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon, a certain portion of the land embraced therein and reserve the same for manpower development and training site purposes under the administration of the National Manpower and Youth Council, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey, which portion is more particularly described as follows:

Portion of PARCEL 3, Psu-2031

A PARCEL OF LAND (the proposed site of the National Manpower and Youth Council), situated in Fort Bonifacio, Municipality of Taguig, Province of Rizal. Bounded NW, N, NE and SE along lines 1-2-3-4 by the remaining portion of the land reserved for the AFP Officers Village under Proclamation No. 461 dated September 29, 1965, and on the SW by the service road.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on the .attached sketch plan being S 73 deg. 45′ E, 2660.02 M. from BLLM No. 1, Maricaban, Rizal,

thence N 62 deg. 19’E, 217.40 m. to point 2;
thence S 27 deg. 41’E, 460.00 m. to point 3;
thence S 62 deg. 19’W, 217.40 m. to point 4;
thence N 27 deg. 41’W, 460.00 m. to

the point of beginning, containing an approximate area of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND (100,000) Square Meters.

NOTE: All data are approximate and are subject to change based on future survey.

Proclamation No. 649 dated January 28, 1970, is hereby revoked and the area covered thereby is reverted as military reservation.
