PROCLAMATION NO. 637
EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 99 DATED NOVEMBER 11, 1914, WHICH RESERVED LAND TO THE THEN BUREAU OF AGRICULTURE, NOW BENGUET STATE UNIVERSITY, AS EXPERIMENTAL STATION AND STOCKFARM SITUATED IN WANGAL, LA TRINIDAD, BENGUET, AN AREA OF ONE HUNDRED THIRTY TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINE (132,509) SQUARE METERS FOR BENGUET STATE UNIVERSITY FACULTY AND STAFF HOUSING SITE
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Executive Order No. 99, date November 11, 1914, which reserved the land to the then Bureau of Agriculture, now Benguet State University as Experimental Station and Stockfarm, situated in Wangal, La Trinidad, Benguet, Island of Luzon, certain parcel of land embraced therein and reserving the same for housing site purposes of the Benguet State University Faculty and Staff, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to final survey, which portion of land is more particularly described as follows:
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1-A-1-B being a portion of Lot 1-A-1, SWO-1-000792 Amd., being a portion of Lot 1-A-1, SWO-1-000792), situated at Wangal, La Trinidad, Benguet, Island of Luzon. This Proclamation is subject to the minimum road right of way requirements of the Department of Public Works and Highways pursuant to Executive Order No. 621.
