Modifying the rates of duty on certain imported articles as provided under the Tariff and Customs Code of 1978, as amended, in order to implement the 10% Margin of Preference granted by the Philippines under the agreement on the global system of trade preferences among developing countries as set forth in the Philippine schedule of concessions annexed to the agreement.
