DESIGNATING BRIGADIER GENERAL VICENTE LIM AS DEPUTY CHIEF OF STAFF, PHILIPPINE ARMY

Under the authority contained in section twenty-three (b) of Commonwealth Act Numbered One, known as the National Defense Act, Brigadier General Vicente Lim is hereby designated as Deputy Chief of Staff, Philippine Army.

Done at the City of Manila, this third day of May, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty-nine and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the fourth.
