Under this bill, vagrants and aprostitutes SHALL BE COMMITTED TO THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT FOR COUNSELLING AND REHABILITATION FOR A PERIOD NOT EXCEEDING SIX (6) MONTHS FROM SERVICE OF SENTENCE.
