| ABSTRACT : This bill seeks to include the teaching of the Constitution as part of the school curriculum in the secondary level. It is the foremost intention of this measure to inculcate in the youth, the fair hope of the fatherland, patriotism and nationalismand to apprise them of their constitutionall y guaranteed rights and obligations to make them responsible and law-abiding citizens of the country. | |
