Abstract
All laws to the contrary notwithstanding , all savings and time deposits of senior citizens in all banking institutions, the amount of which do not exceed FFive Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500,000.00), shall be EXEMPT exempt from the payment of withholding taxes.
