ABSTRACT : This bill seeks to encourage and maximize the use and enjoyment of non-dramatic musical works, to promote the creative and varied performance of such works by Filipino artists and performers, and limit the monopolistic control of copyright onwers and popular music by authorizing the compulsory licensing of non-dramatic musical works, the most common of which are the popular songs heard and enjoyed everyday by the mass of the public. |

Abstract
