ABSTRACT : "Government Motor Vehicle Act of 2007". The measure identifies the government officials authorized to use government motor vehicles; and provides for their use, operation and disposal; repair and maintenance; and identification and markings. It prohibits government offices from acquiring or using luxury vehicles.
