| SHORT TITLE : Road Development Act of 2004 | |
| ABSTRACT : "Road Development Act of 2004." The bill seeks to create the Road Development Authority (RDA) which shall be responsible for the construction and/or rehabilitation, maintenance and operation of selected and desirable infrastructure projects where there are no takers from the private sector. It grants the RDA the power to raise and/or borrow funds from local and international financial institutions for the purpose of financing its projects and programs. | |
