SHORT TITLE : Protecting The Right Of Students Of Courses Requiring Professional Licensing Examinations To Enroll In Review Centers Of Their Choice
ABSTRACT : Aims to protect the right of students to choose which review center to enroll in for the licensure examinations thus eliminating the practice of some schools of compelling their graduates to enroll in a particular review center and withholding the students' scholastic documents if they refuse to do so.
