| REMARKS : On Aug. 26, 2009, the Body approved HB06682 on Second Reading dispensing with the sponsorship and debate and dispensing with the amendments. However, on manifestation of Rep. dela Cruz, the same was reconsidered to give time for him to interpellate the Sponsors. Later on the same date, on manifestation of Rep. Garin, the same was approved on Second Reading. On Dec. 15, 2009, on manifestation of Rep. Garcia (P.) and after hearing his objection for the approval of this Bill, the Body approved to recommit the same to the Ctte. on Franchises. |
