SHORT TITLE : Philippine Immigration And Naturalization Act Of 2009 | |
ABSTRACT : Seeks to promote international order and justice by denying the use of the Philippine territory by persons who are engaged or likely to engage in terrorism, criminal and other nefarious activities. Likewise, it also seeks to professionalize the immigration service by instituting a rigid system of screening, selection and development of immigration officers and personnel. | |
