ABSTRACT : "Death Convict's Organ Retrieval Act of 1999". The Dept. of Justice is empowered to designate medical practitioner in a hospital to retrieve organ(s) from the death convict's body within seven (7) hours upon execution of the sentence. The Dept. of Health designates the beneficiary of said organ(s).
