ABSTRACT : "Social Security Condonation Law." Seeks to grant a one-time opportunity for delinquent employers to pay all contributions due and payable not only to encourage early and/or immediate settlement of the unpaid or unremitted contributions but also to help in the rehabilitation of distressed businesses with the end in view of contributing futher to economic growth and productivity. | |
