SHORT TITLE : Establishment of Integrated Reformatory Centers for Metropolitan Centers for Metropolitan Manila and Other Highly Urbanized Centers in the Country
ABSTRACT : To address the jail congestion problem, the bill authorizes the Bureau of Jail Management and Protection to establish integration reformatory centers in all highly urbanized areas in the country. It seeks to abolish existing municipal/city jails and the inmates therein transferred to the integration reformation centers.
