SHORT TITLE : "The Brand New Motor Vehicle Consumer Protection Act of 2006." or "Philippine Lemon Law."
ABSTRACT : "The Brand New Motor Vehicle Consumer Protection Act of 2006" or "Philippine Lemon Law". The bill obliges the manufacturer or distributor or its authorized dealer or retailer to repair the non-conformity of vehicles , free of charge, until it conforms to the express warranty of the manufacturer or distributor.
