ABSTRACT : This bill seeks to allows the accused in an extradition case TO POST BAIL FOR HIS TEMPORARY LIBERTY DURING THE PENDENCY OF THE EXTRADITION CASE IN AN AMOUNT TO BE DETERMINED BY THE TRIAL COURT DEPENDING UPON THE GRAVITY OF THE OFFENSE FOR WHICH THEEXTRADITION OF THE ACCUSED IS BEING REQUESTED.
