SHORT TITLE : Providing For The Legitimation Of Children Born To Parents Below Marrying Age
ABSTRACT : Provides that if the only disqualification that impeded the parents from marrying each other at the time their children were conceived was the fact that either or both were below the legal marrying age at that time, then their children may still be legitimated through their subsequent legal marriage to each other when both partners have reached the legal age.
