Abstract
The bill provides for an increase in the monthly allowance granted to the punong barangay from PhP1,000.00 to PhP3,000.00 and to the sangguniang barangay members, barangay treasurer, and barangay secretary from PhP600.00 to PhP1,800.00. It also grants a PhP 1,500 monthly allowance to the lupong tagapamayapa, barangay tanods, barangay health workers and barangay social workers.'
