Abstract
In recognition of the invaluable services of the barangay day care center workers who continue to display serious commitment and who are at the forefront in the education and protection of children, the bill proposes to grant them compulsory enrollment in the National Health Insurance Program (PhilHealth) and their dependents to receive and avail of an adequate package of essential health services.'
