ABSTRACT : "Professional Examination Zero-Performanc e Policy Act". Any tertiary institution whose graduates have a zero-performanc e in any professional board or bar examination for THREE (3) CONSECUTIVE TIMES shall with penalized by the COMPLETE REVOCATION of the government accreditation for the professional course offered.
