FULL TITLE : AN ACT DEFINING TERRORISM, PROVIDING PENALTIES THEREFOR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
ABSTRACT : "Anti-Terrorism Act". This bill defines and penalizes terrorism and acts preparatory thereto. It also provides for a legal mechanism through which our law enforcers can better investigate and rspond to acts of terrorism . It provides for the creation of an anti-Terrorism Council to coordinate, supervise, and monitor the counter-terrori sm efforts of the government.
