Abstract
"Marriage Rationalization Act". As the author explains, this proposal will allow our children time to finish their studies, or find a job and achieve maturity for the bigger responsibility of getting married. Also, it can curb population by decreasing the pregnancy career of mothers beginning 21 years old.
