ABSTRACT : To enable to government to get rid of employees who no longer have the drive to perform efficiently as they are merely waiting for the right age to retire and to maintain fresh legs and minds in the service, this bill proposes to allow government employees to retire after serving the government for a period of twenty (20) years. This will open windows of opportunities for retirees to venture into other fields using the amounts received from their retirement benefits while still in their productive years.

Abstract
