Abstract
This bill seeks to amend the Charter of the PHIVIDEC Industrial Authority, a body corporate established to plan, coordinate and undertake the construction of well-planned industrial areas with appropriate infrastructure facilities aimed to encourageand facilitate the establishment of industries to promote, contribute and sustain the economic and social growth of the country.
