ABSTRACT : "Philippine Constitutional Sanctity Act of 2005". The measure mandates all provinces, cities and autonomous regions to withhold recognition of the authority of the National Government (NG) and to assume political, administrative and economic autonomy in cases where such authority of the NG is assumed by any party in violation of the Constitution.
