Abstract
"Food Distribution Act of 2002". Subject to the availability of funds appropriated under Sec. 14 of this Act, the Secretary is authorized to formulate and administer a Food Distribution Program under which, at the request of the Local Government Units, eligible households shall be provided an opportunity to obtain a more nutritious diet through the issuance to them an allotment.
