The bill mandates the owner or developer of a subdivision project to plant trees in the open spaces reserved for the common use and enjoyment of lot owners and along roads. It directs the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board to determine the number of trees to be planted and the size of the green park. | |
