SHORT TITLE : Resetting the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections, Extending the Term of Office of Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Officials
ABSTRACT : The bill provides for a synchronized barangay and sangguniang kabataan elections scheduled on the last Monday of October 2005 to be moved to the last Monday of May 2008 and every three years thereafter.
