SHORT TITLE : Amending RA 9161, Otherwise Known as the Rental Reform Act of 2002 | |
ABSTRACT : The bill extends the rental law for three years from January 1, 2005 through December 31. 2007. The proposed law shall cover all residential units in the national capital region and other highly urbanized cities with rentals not exceeding P7,500 and residential units in other areas with rentals not exceeding P4,500. | |

Abstract
The bill extends the rental law for three years from January 1, 2005 through December 31. 2007.
